Welcome to Body Harmony Pilates

Body Harmony Pilates is located on the Central Coast NSW.  Our small group classes aim to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere to support you in your health and wellbeing. 

Pilates incorporates low-impact exercises to restore strength, improve well-being, and enhance your current sport or exercise. Body Harmony will assist you in understanding your body's strengths and weaknesses. Body Harmony‘s Group Classes and one-on-one Personalised Matwork Sessions incorporate the use of  the Swiss Ball, Resistance Bands, Pilates Circle, Foam Rollers and other small apparatus to strengthen and stretch your body.  At Body Harmony we are passionate about assisting you in achieving your goals.  We hope to encourage you to love and embrace your body, as it is the most amazing thing you will ever own.

Body Harmony Pilates owner Frances Baldock - Certified Pilates Matwork Instructor. 

Frances your instructor always had an active life, but that changed after the birth or her children, as her health and strength declined dramatically, it was through exercise, positive and encouraging support that helped regain her health and fitness (Frances had Post-Partum Thyroiditis and a blog is attached on her story).  Her passion is particularly to support women to take the time to take care of their bodies.  Knowing how important exercise is for her overall health and wellbeing.  She hopes to make you feel comfortable in your class or private session.  To learn more about your body and appreciate the importance of exercise as preventative medicine!

After 25 years of participating in a variety of exercise classes, Frances appreciating the benefits of group exercise classes and private sessions for so many reasons, commenced her certification in Pilates Matwork in 2012.  Her qualifications include Pilates for pregnancy and post pregnancy, Pilates for back pain, Falls Prevention, including Pilates in a Chair program. 

Through her own experience she is able to understand and empathise and share the tools that assisted in her own growth and strength.

Frances' skillful and personalised classes will direct and guide you through new skills and techniques that will surprise you with each class helping you reach higher levels of strengths.  Regular blogs are posted on site, facebook and instagram, which you can subscribe to for support and motivation to take care of your body.
