Body Harmony Pilates is located on the Central Coast NSW. Our small group classes aim to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere to support you in your health and wellbeing.
Pilates incorporates low-impact exercises to restore strength, improve well-being, and enhance your current sport or exercise. Body Harmony will assist you in understanding your body's strengths and weaknesses. Body Harmony‘s Group Classes and one-on-one Personalised Matwork Sessions incorporate the use of the Swiss Ball, Resistance Bands, Pilates Circle, Foam Rollers and other small apparatus to strengthen and stretch your body.
