How easy is it to neglect our bodies? We are busy with work, family, and careers. It is usually not until a major event occurs that some of us make a change. How about changing before that moment, and valuing your body and your health. It is hard to make time for maintaining our strength and fitness. Though it is definately worth investing time into our health. Having personally experienced poor health, and slowly and steadily improving, enjoying exercise and life's adventures is definately worth the effort. Not just for me, but for my family as well.
A tip to take care, is to PLAN, write a weekly plan of when you will exercise, whether it's a 10 minute stretch on Monday, a 30 minute walk with a friend on Tuesday, or a Pilates session on Wednesday. Remember PLAN AHEAD because you are worth it. Your health really is the most valuable asset you have. Taking the time to plan, is the best investment you can make.
