Free Pilates Class at Lorna Jane Erina

I am excited to be offering a free Pilates Matwork class inside Lorna Jane Erina on Wednesday the 15th April at 6pm.  The class will also include the use of small equipment such as resistance bands and the small Pilates ball.  I am looking forward to meeting everyone that may be interested in this class, and supporting you in taking care of your body.  Also Lorna Jane will be open a little longer for those attending the class and wishing to purchase anything before the class commences.  Bookings are essential as there are limited spots.  Please contact Lorna Jane Erina or Frances from Body Harmony Pilates to make a booking.  Please bring your own mat.

I personally appreciate the philosophy of Lorna Jane.  Move Nourish Believe.  As my own health declined after the birth of my second child, the Lorna Jane clothing, online articles have been a great support and motivation to get back to my own active life.  My personal favourite saying is LOVE YOUR BODY!

Regular Body Harmony Pilates classes are located at Erina inside Back-fit Clinics 6/188 The Entrance Road, Erina.  Current class times are Monday 9.15am, Wednesday 6.30am and 9.15am.  Private Sessions are also available.  

On May 6th Body Harmony will commence a new class inside Erina Fair at 7.45am that will use the seating and different areas of the shopping centre to Strengthen and Stretch your body with walking incorporated throughout the class.  Bookings are essential, and cost and more information will be posted soon.



Frances is mother of two and a Certified Pilates Matwork Instructor. Frances considers herself an active tomboy, but that changed after the birth of her 2 beautiful children due to Post Partum Thyroiditis. Improving her health with the positive and encouraging support, she loves to share the importance of exercise for well being with others. She loves a variety of sports and exercises classes and hopes to share her passion for an active life with others especially women. Hoping to promote the importance of taking care of yourself in order to give the best of yourself to those you love.
