Strengthen & Walking Group @ Erina Fair
Starts Monday 18th January 2016 at 9.15am. We will meet at the undercover area near Erina Ice World. The class will include strengthening exercises using body weight and resistance bands and walking around the Erina Fair surrounds. Bookings are essential please contact Frances on 0409 837 249.
